Hej, I’m Ida, and this is my Airbnb cohosting website. Here’s a little about me; I’m from Finland and have been living in England for 10 years, currently in Broadstairs. I listed my property on Airbnb years ago and really enjoyed hosting. It’s inspiring how many amazing travellers you come across on this platform. After hosting for a few years I started looking into cohosting and not long after, KOTI was created, which means “Home” in Finnish.
KOTI is a Holiday Let Management Agency based in Broadstairs. We handle all aspects of your property's management as a short-term rental, including guest cleaning, booking requests, and supporting guests during their stay allowing you to earn extra income from renting your space, without the time commitment.
We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We recycle waste materials in order to create the lowest environmental impact possible. We use environmentally safe cleaning products. We use local shops for our refill toiletries and provide locally sourced staples for your property.
We cover all areas around Broadstairs, Margate and Ramsgate.
